Troubleshooting


For iOS Devices

  • Turning Airplane mode on and off might help in some cases
  • Reset network settings (Settings > General > Reset > Reset Nework Settings)
  • Set the APN again
  • Restart the device.
    Passcode is the same as the unlock code for your iOS device unless set specifically.

For Android Devices

  • Turning Airplane mode on and off might help in some cases
  • Create a new APN again
  • Restart the device
  • Changing "Preferred network type" to 3G might help in some cases
  • Turning "Enhanced 4G LTE mode" off might help in some cases

PIN, PIN Unlock Code

PIN 1 code and PIN2 code is set to "0000" as default. The SIM card will be locked if you fail to enter the correct PIN code 3 times in a row. In order to unlock it, you will need the PUK code. Please contact us if this is the case.
